Good enough then........ I guess we wait for the 10Q and I think the 10K annual report is due about the same time, as the fiscal year ended Dec. 31. Thanks guys, I was looking for the proforma report as to the impact toward STTN revenues. The 8K really didn't tell me much about the revenue impact of the acquisition, only that the acquisition was an asset purchase.
