#58548 RE: imiloa #58547

The further dilution was part of the reason why I asked Mark about this new film company aquisition (puportedly to happen next week)and asked about the NET revenue it would produce. If the film company that MIKP is aquiring has a net Revenue (which I assume as the film company hasn't lost money in 10 years on a film),

********************************************
MIKP CEO, Mark B. Newbauer states, "The acquisition is a no-brainer in terms of an asset acquisition with active accounts receivables. All of the films produced thus far by the seller have included pre-sales to foreign territories in excess of their original budgets, giving Mike the Pike Productions a proven business model for consistent cash-money revenues."
********************************************

then this will not be a drain on the price of the stock.
It would make absolutely no sense if Mark was acquiring a film company that would demand immediate funds. I am thinking it is a win/win situation for the film company and MIKP.

Remember also that MIKP has an immediate 1 or so million loan guarantee and more if they need it. At the price we are sitting at right now, it would not be wise and or prudent to be selling humungous amounts of MIKP shares to pay bills. The millions to be made on White Space should pay for the aquisition and then some.

****************************************************************
Mike The Pike Productions, Inc. Secures $3.75 in Project Finance for Motion Picture Development, Production and Acquisitions BusinessWire
****************************************************************
1, net revenue from the company (film company) that has a good track record (and should be producing net revenue).
2, Up to a couple of million dollars of loan guarantees over the next couple of years).
3, White Space winding up post production (often times the film sells BEFORE post production has completed).

If Mark has the need to sell megadoses of shares, this whole company is one big fat lie.

We shall seee.

I'll say it, "folks shouldn't buy".

if you believe the dilution is supporting cash flow and partnerships, how many shares will Mark need to add to cover bills and make deals before WS sells?

More than 2 billion...
