I already did and that is because they came out with the amended 8-K and they do not need to have it out within 70 days because of that. He said they will be on the next 10-Q. This has been said by a few posters in the past.
I did ask Mr Bonar. He said that since the aquisition was an asset purchase, they did not need to, he said they would be included in the year end audited financials.
