Yes, AMEX Listing Standard Number 3 only requires a minimum bid of $2 IF the market value of the public float is $15 million:

So with a public float of 3.6 M shares, what circumstances do you anticipate will make this listing standard relevant before one of the other listing standards is met?

We know americano is a newbie to this game, but if you're going to try to bust someones balls, make sure you have a valid point :)

....and yes bbotcs....we know it's not a "done deal"!

Great I'm 100% Sure ITSI can get and Sustain an Over $2 Bid Price this year, and sure that they can master the fillings in which they have been good on even as an OB stock listing.

They have great conduct in this , maybe they have planned to fill like they have so that when the earnings are there , they will be ready to meet all requirements and get this stock a lot more attention if they do.

The Parent Company has a great new listing that went public in the Philippines Last year so they know how to do it , as the Parent As well.

I hope that I don't bother anyone for being excited about the prospects of ITSI, I never mean to.

Good going on all your investments and trades.
