There were hundreds of companies that dropped off the OTC at the same time. If you go back to when it happened there's a posting with a list of all those companies. It had to do with a change in legislation that involved market makers - not the companies themselves. And of course the companies that were most heavily shorted the market makers simply decided to let fall off the boards in an effort to cover their tracks. Don't you worry, this stock will be on the NASDAQ soon enough.

First of all it is very normal that companies have debts. Every clever businessman have debts for the company otherwise 99% of the company wouldn't exist.
Second, I am not able to speak for another one, but one thing is also clear, that you can collect your debts (depending on country) and put them forward.Once you make profit, you dont pay tax until this losses are covered.
As soon as share price will increase and by that the market- cap, the percent of debts will get irrelevant.
I am not worried about the debts as long as they are not in the hand of a sh.t bank who could kill us anytime. Withe patient of the main shareholder is never a problem as long as we believe the technology is going to make it----and TEVE is going to make it---and with the help of a well known and capable sales person this technology cant fail. This is a company with a huge future.

I own shares of the company but I don't need to push the price as it will make it without all of us!
