I think the model shift is too risky and too potentially dilutive. Also: The political risk in California is unacceptable to me, let alone all the natural uncertainties that come with micro-cap miners.
If you're in a position of profit, it might be prudent to take your initial investment off the table, letting your free shares ride. If the stock drops and you still believe, then you'll be able to acquire more shares than you had before, giving you the ability to benefit regardless of whether the price rises or falls.
