Yup Skunks, they're milking this DC market for every dime.
That's why I'm outta here. Loading the trailer today
for storage. Gonna bail out and head to Denver with
my equity from this overbloated market before she pops.
I just wish I wasn't doing a stated income/assett mortg.
I need to keep all funds in the bank until I'm underwritten.
I think my place should sell in about two weeks w/multiple
bids. Fingers crossed I can load a few more mil before
we really take off! GLTA!!
