I'm not short... I'm not IN right now. Seen this too many times in the past. This Co.'s going into BK.
Some herein are talking about EK fighting Apple and RIMM for patentent infringement bucks.... but that makes no sense as a LARGE portion of EK's PR campaign has been the SELLING OF PATENTS.
You can't be trying to save your Co. by selling intellectual prop. andd at the same time....fighting for the rights OF that intellectual Prop.
EK can't have it both ways....There is NO reason for EK to be rising today.... so trade it.....but the PPS and the Co. is not in "recovery".
