You do you work in Mergers and Acquistions, are you a CPA or a lawyer? You have a vast amount of knowledge on these types of transactions. I am CPA, and rarely see these types of transactions go through at my clients.
Let's say this deal goes through. Is there going to be a float? How many shares? The insiders are going to be the only ones that can sell? To who? I know everthing you have said is logical, but this doesn't seem feasable. JMHO
Watchdog, why don't you keep you post to documented actual information. Your slippery slopes and false conclustions are pathetic attempts to drop the price. STOP!!!
