If MMs are short and want to cover due to possibility of QTN getting expanded coverage, they will keep it down in these ranges so they can buy and cover. If it has a slow move past .002 today on high volume, that would be a good sign of this. If TW is truly getting involved, I'm sure Palm Springs carrier announcement will be next. IMO-TW

MMS could be buying, and reselling to another MM at the bid to make the illusion of selling, when in fact there is buying pressure. That is the problem, they will keep control until there is a mad rush of buying. After the conference, and a Palm Springs carrier announcement, there might be too much buying interest for the MMs to control. IMO-TW
