I don't think there was ever a chance that ALNY would develop PCS further without partnering

I would appreciate if you expanded on the reasons why. Less than a week ago they were undecided per the C.C.

So I don't think "shelving" is the right term.

I knew it was a bad choice of words and instead of editing I decided to wait for a reaction.

I don't read much into the delivery agreement, except being confused (along with Dirk) as to why they didn't have rights to that platform already.

Why aren't they using MC3 delivery IYO?
