If you read the 8-Ks, they were given full permission to go long, to short the stock, to loan their shares to MMs to short, to buy back shares that had been shorted, etc., etc., etc. Basically, BD was given full reign to pillage this stock in order to make money to pay down the debt that was owed them. It was a devious, temporarily devasting, yet genius, plan by the Leadership team to pay down the debt and get the company back on the right track to profitability without the ominous cloud of debt looming overhead. It seems that is over now, hopefully, and we can keep moving back up towards NASDAQ land.
