Wasn't sure if insiders had to report purchases like they do on Nasdaq. Just reading into the brilliant digital info now. Seems to make more sense as I am getting through it.
Just wondering if the 90 million brilliant shares are already part of 100 million authorized. Actually looks like it is so there wouldn't really need to be any point to increasing a/s.
