I did not know that, but I do know whats going on over there now. Like I said, if it was profitable XOM would not be flaring what they are.
It is very valuable in the US but becomes very expensive if it has to be liquified and pipelines are even more expensive. The market is not there in Africa, hence, they flare it. How they are going to do it is the future, I do not know. Could become a profit, could become an expense then.
I would like to learn about what you said though. I will try to dig but if you can give me some direction.
I do find it hard to believe that Africa is taking the lead on this environmental issue though as flaring is done all over the world.
