We need laws specifying that ALL stocks that are publicly traded must be reporting. If the Canadians can do it, so can we.

Pink sheets are a valuable tool in a capitalist society for starting and keeping a business going. Some will take advantage, some will not. It's like any other factor in society.

I know of a number of highly ethical, credible people who have companies on the pinks because that was the easiest and most efficient way to go public and build the company.
