Just to clarify, I saw a few thousand tapes with labels from NASA and MIT, the tapes were very old and were in fact computer tapes. The only way I could verify it would be to run the tapes on machines that only exist with JBI, which is the reason whey MIT and NASA sent the tapes to JBI in the first place. I also took the word of someone who works at MIT, should I have fingerprinted him for confirmation?
really then where is their (sec) input re: kidd and domark
it's conspicuous by its absence
stunningly so ..
anyhow contact marty .. he's across the river (from MIT in cambridge) in the sec boston office .. phone no. is on the pdf (last page) and disregard marty's vm re: laura .. you'll get to speak with josh (after leaving a msg) .. who as of thursday was taking calls specific to JBI
maybe he had time to actually read the *poorly* written complaint this weekend .. and then again maybe not ..
BTW, I'm a fan of really atrocious accounting... something that's become fairly rare in recent years, partially thanks to the PCAOB and the SEC's focus on smacking bad CPAs hard.
Should be fun to follow JBII again. Also wonder how far the disgorgement might extend. LOL
