Supply & demand...lol...it isn't clear who owns the 1,500,000 shares of GEIV that were issued for $37,500. It is quite possible that the float is minimal & hence the $6.00 share price. Someone needs to call the transfer agent for GEIV & find out how many shareholders there are of GEIV & what the float is.
