But I have to disagree with you here.
Of course, if the scammer misses a que on the SEC rules, like TS and Fuentes, they can get nailed. All stockholders become stuck pigs with virtually no recourse.
It was a Federal sting and not the SEC. The SEC was part of the knee jerk reaction and the stock would have been halted before the news. This reeks of more. Maybe the crooks in here are stuck as well. They were able to spinn off assests of the company for $1million. I wonder where that cash went? That Denverson deal really sucked in my mind. And where no one gets a pass in my mind.
