I already tried to get my paper certificates. The T/A told me they are not aoowed to due to their contract with the company. Thats part of the problem. The T/A needs approval from the company to allow issuing paper.
Its a simple quick fix and just try to get a response from Roth. Thats the next problem in here. An unresponsive CEO and IR.
Doesn't look good from my end. Looks dead. Hope I'm wrong. Anyone get anything from the company? I send and call with out any reply. I'll try the list again Monday and will report in here. The contact tab on the company web site won't generate a secret code so as to send in a question. Thats sucks. That was always a nice way to feel good, but even that is closed.
