So,
Let me see if I've got this situation straight.
NWAU will turn over all assets and liabilities to a Canadian company that lost 17 thousand dollars last reporting period on zero revenue,
And should be trading in the sub penny range,
For,
8,157,661 Shares and 84.03% of the new POS company?
And the current NWAU shareholders can't sell the shares they recieve for 90 days?
And the current shareholders are happy about it?
Although the report doesn't state that this is a reverse split, it sure smells like one to me.
I noticed that no one tried to explain why the money losing Canadian POS company with zero revenue is quoted at around $6.00 PS.
Have fun,
Phil
