It's ridiculous and disturbing! With all the apparent potential this company has with AF, NATO, MILITARY, NAVY, and all the weather companies, management elects to increase A/S to THREE BILLION SHARES with NO explanation. What is currently happening with the O/S? My guess - rapidly increasing! Ain't DILUTION great?
