So much for swift justice, ehhh? Sheesh

Why is the legal system so slow. The slowness IMO weakens the perception of our justice system. If something is against the law and it can be proven then immediate justice should be dealt to those breaking the law. It is that simple. Difficult to enforce rules and uphold a principle centered ruleset when little Johnny just runs away when you tell him to come here after he is bad and then the parent does nothing for hours or days. :/

What is there to 'discover'? Either the US patent office screwed up or the patent is unique and enforceable based on the technicalities of the 'art'/'design'.

Just pathetic...

I'm confused (or should I say more confused than usual).... What is this trial that is scheduled to begin January 9th, 2012 (and expected to last 5-8 days, according to posted docs)? Don't understand what kind of trial this could be if discovery hasn't been completed?
