King Posted some Latest Info on the ITSI board I think, it was the last filling , guess I was an erroneous for posting info before it was out, well I'm not an insider anyway.
Again I apologize to the Company , guess contract won't be finalized till end of next week or so.
But Does appear that they got it according to Porto Rico News link , at least it was reprted in the news there, yesterday.
