Nope. Not at all how cases are settled....motions are for the case in court....settlements aren't hammered out in court....they are negotiated in private by the lawyers....if they come to an agreement it's presented in court and if the judge approves it's a done deal....judges tend to rubber stamp what both partied agreed to....just stampin'
