Intentionally Defrauded, misrepresented the financial state of the company. Very bad thing to do.

Agree 100% but have you been paying attention the last 3+ years to the top 10 U.S. Banks? There is very good evidence of complete fraud in their MBS and CDS portfolios to the tune of hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars. How many of those CEO's have been charged by the SEC?

MF GLobal clearly defrauded clients money that was, by law, supposed to be kept separate from the firms money. Some have said that a BILLION dollars is gone. Has the "honorable" Mr. Corzine been charged by the SEC?

The gold and silver markets are so manipulated, it's amazing they still exist.

The government agencies that publish labor statistics blatantly lie every time they release the unemployment numbers. 9%? Sure. Maybe 15%. Defrauding the public with juiced numbers: yes.

ATF Fast and Furious scandle: trying to defraud the public of gun rights by illegally selling weapons to Mexican drug lords. Has anyone been charged with this? No.

Several people told the SEC for years that Madoff was cooking the books. Where were they then? The SEC didn't even "catch" Madoff: he finally turned himself in. The SEC was evidently too busy watching "other stuff" on their computers.

The Federal Reserve: don't even get me started there. Nothing like defrauding the public of the purchasing power of the dollar to the tune of 97% since it's inception (and what, 20% in just the last 3 years).

The list goes on and on.

And the SEC wants to go after John Bordynuik? Please. Is he guilty? That's up to the jury to decide assuming it goes that far.
