Yessir - why some big companies operate oversees with a minimal office staff YET fail to manage from there. Nice tax write offs, lower taxes and trips to Europe and such for sight seeing and extra curricular activities at company expense. Like the big boys need any other ways to fondle the little guys...

Thx for the info.

My very close best friend up there went to the address to walk into the office and say hello.

He found a 2 story office building at the address in Carson City.

Since he was looking for the "5th floor" he did not go in and called me.

Shortly thereafter, I called TADF and got an answering service that said yes, the answering service was at the address and that the actual office had a desk with a telephone in it. They also said a lot of the offices in that building were also a "desk and a phone."

I wasn't happy to hear about this, but who knows, they could have some legal requirement to have a "premises" and not a PO Box. Could be FAA stuff, ATF stuff, government contract stuff, immigration stuff... who knows? I do know you need nothing in NV to have a business incorporated in NV. Its like that in every state just about.

So again, why perpetuate the "5th floor?"

In fact, I emailed and maybe even left them a telephone message saying they should get this cleared up.

Obviously they saw fit to do otherwise.

Now I'm thinking Boiler Room rather than The Producers

Anyhow, I have many millions of shares and need near 10x to get even.

It sucks to be me...
