I'm just going off of the initial shock of announcement, usually there is a gap down on the bid, but it's just a guess and could be way off.

You are right, there is always room for it too drop IF they file BK. I never believe it is factored in, down here. Too many of the companies that have filed BK in the past few weeks, continue to go down. I think IF EK can hold on and not file, .75 should be a real possibility over the upcoming week or so, now if they file I am thinking sub-.20's or so! Best of luck to all here, lets hope they hold on a bit longer for a nice rebound from these .40's.
