What's vague is:
1. they didn't state who the producer was.
I'm sure whoever their producer is, they signed a nondisclosure statement. So there is no reason they couldn't state who is doing the production.

2. They've been working on this THC e-cig for how long? and they just now doing a trademark search for a name?

This statement alone screams LOOPHOLE to have an excuse at the end of 30 days.

3. They didn't say anything about distribution.

4. If it's already began production, they should have orders already lined up, Who are they, how many order. They should have been able to give projected sales.

Just look at the flat line trading today, the market has spoken, there was no acceptance of the PR.

Maybe they'll get it right next time. Unfortunately for us, that means the pps will start to consolidate again around the 002 mark.

the maj prb i have with that is that is what most scam co's say in prs,,,all to hold their share proce up while they sell to raise cash,,

not saying rfmk is a scam yet but this pr gives me the creeps! Many times then after giving a 30d timneframe, the come back and either say nothing at 30d or say there were delays..we'll see, i will be watching,,but there ass is on the line now,,

othersise they should have aleast given name of producer today! turned out to be nothing but more spec sadly,,,
