You presented information and declared it to be what Agilyx was authorized to do. But in fact it was not what you claimed it to be.

Seems like a very clear statement about what Agilyx's permit allows.

The problem is that it's wrong.

I'll post the actual language from the permit tomorrow, I'll have dig around and find it again.
