IMHO, We are extremely fortunate that we can about break even with maybe as low as 20,000 subscribers. We also should not fall into the trap of too many DCs and too fast for turnarounds. Nothing wrong with 7-9 day giving 10-12 dvds a month to the 3-pack subs. Anything more is suicide.
