If the "roads were impassible " how could they recieve feedstock deliveries? And until I see some financials I will be skeptical of any "production records". I have seen pr's stateing they were on track to make 8.7 million or 5.8 million or some great sounding numbers but, IMO, the only financials released to date indicate a much smaller number.
