Very interesting email conversation I had with Duffy regarding
what TEMN was up to for 2012...

When I asked him about a reverse merger, he didn't deny it, but
did not outright confirm it either. However, out of frustration I
asked him to make a any comment on the acquisitions and reverse
merger and he replied, "We're moving forward as planned."

They always made their plan very public in numerous PRs and SEC
filings. Lets hope it is those plans that are what he was talking
about!
