I disagree with you. I would say that most Iranians support their government. That's why the US cannot infiltrate and create a homegrown revolution. The US has tried for years, but their people won't turn on the government. Did you see the people on the streets of Tehran that came out in support of their government, I saw news clips, it was not thousands but close to a million. Also you say it is a religous dictatorship, I don't think so, you must mean Saudi Arabia.
