Well, first things first. It's in our best interest to remove Messrs. Lacle, Saleem and Sayed because they are the ones who created this disaster, and they surely are not the ones to save Michelex going forward. That would be analogous to a contractor burning someone's house down and then offering to build them a new one!
I think its funny that people think the SEC will help this stock. The second the SEC gets involved in a penny stock they usually freeze it and move it to the grey sheets. On the grey sheets it is pretty much can't be traded. Why anyone would ever want to get the SEC involved in a penny stock they have money in is beyond me lol.
