If the shareholders takeover we don't need the SEC. We can file a lawsuit and deal with it another way. SEC = shutdown = revoke = $0 for anyone with shares. Who here has more than 10 stocks in their lifetime shut down by SEC?? Answer = me. I don't want it to happen again.
