Well that is why when investing the investor needs to do their own DD. If you lose money on a stock you have to blame everyone but yourself! I get it but maybe as an investor, one ought to do your homework on the company before investing! If the investor don't like the gamble I suggest that the investor just needs to put your money in the bank maybe?
