Could the PWRM's initiatives be worth say, $1.5 billion, or $2.60 per share?

NO, this has been a money laundering operation for years......look at all the lawsuits that have been dogging Helen and Ira.

They have always "announced" great things before dumping shares but nothing ever actually gets "completed".
