Quick question, Dennis Petke has been CEO here since 2003 and has done nothing in 8 years. What changed now all of a sudden to think merger with AUCX?

Msg. 256 of 279 (Reply to 254 by frustrated15) Frustrated15, do you know much about Denis Petke? I am trying to understand the present AUCX Management psyche (which could be a dangerous thing:). In the one sense Petke comes off like a person genuinely interested in keeping AUCX as a going concern and painting a rosy picture (and we have been down that slippery path before) but on the other hand he seems as a person prepared to only show you one side of the AUCX coin and avoids addressing key issues. Anyone out on the board have personal dealings regarding Petke, Maine or Murphy they which to share?
