His data is wrong, it run all the way above 17.61 (my system shows a high of $17.61 at 17:22, which I think was some "Off time report", since I did not see it go above $17 in AH) , but it had a lot of trading above $16.70 between 17:23 and 17:26, I got out on the first bunch. Wolko has another problem, but I will not even bother about that.
