unfortunally I have been in a ton of R/S over the years (the few that have given advance notice I have exited right away). With this one like the last couple I have called my broker and asked if he would do the R/S on my stock now and allow me to trade under the new symbol (which some brokers will allow). As some would suggest here that they could have done that and did not due to the possiblility that the stock would uptrend and be forced to buy in by thier brokers. Although this is possible it is not likly, I only ever had one stock that did not tank after a R/S and it was due to a PRed uplisting and the company put the A/S and O/S at the same value so they could not issue shares. If you just think about it there are some people here that even after the R/S own a lot of stock. Because they own alot of stock, their broker would more than likly not allow them to do what I have done with my few shares above. This means that they could be selling a large position when everyone gets their shares (I have no doubt that some will their shares and some will hold hoping for the stock price to stabalize). Bid is being hidden for .03 & .02 this morning after the sells went through. Maybe thay are buying maybe they are not but I think they are not and I also believe the stock is going to fall like a stone (like every other R/S I have seen). I will say up front that I am out and will re-enter the stock for a bottom bounce when I think it has bottomed, I will however not be sticking around for the next R/S. I would leave you with one last comment and suggest there is a reason why the bid is so low .... that is because the buyers think this is going to tank big time and don't want to lose to much money when it down trends.
PS. I already know that some people are going to be pissed about these comments .... don't shoot the messanger.
