It's precisely that paragraph that didn't compute with me. The company has borne that so-called "administrative burden" for YEARS without wimpering about it. Why get all bothered about it on November 2nd, when the PPS is only 15 cents or so less than the 200 day support level? They HAD to know that that paragraph was going to send the PPS plummeting ... and immediately.
Some have speculated that BD may be a suitor. Perhaps. But if you're ATRN, and being courted by BD, do you want to be $1.90 or $0.125?
