I would submit that the 100 months PSADT is an extrapolation forward in time for the five patients in the high-dose group, not a typo.

True. PSADT is normally not measured by measuring time to doubling, but by measuring velocity (% change in PSA vs time) and converting to PSADT assuming an exponential growth.
