IMO Mart has been planning his attack on SDVI for quite a while. That's probably how he goit the CEO job. I'm sure once Ken heard the plan he decided that it was better than what he's been doing. SDVI+Mart=SMART
I wouldn't be surprised to see SDVI regain it's value and then deal with conversions. That seems like it might just make everyone happy.
In this case it is best to just follow the money.. Mart has a lot of money in SDVI and his steps will always be in the shareholders best interest ... It just so happens that he is one of the larger shareholders.
