because then it would look like a pump and dump. their only goal was to release news to "rev" up the volume, not force the pps to surge.

by making the pps go up, more would have been caught at the top and possibly complained about a p&d, but if the pps doesn't go up, yet the volume does, they can dump shares and just say.."hey, we sold below or at ask to raise capital"

Pgi has sold lots of shares from the beginning into every news release and they unloaded shares at a blistering pace all the while saying trust us, be patient, we are building shareholders value and working on this or that but its been all about lining the executive teams pockets and for those who wonder about a reverse split you can almost consider it done. I'm a pretty good source when it comes items like news expected this week or forward looking advertising as I was overflowed with grand plans and they divulged lots of information and a reverse split was definitely mentioned to me. So Unloading regardless of price and its effects on shareholders has been done it just seems the volume and loading is more down here because you'd have to unload 99% more shares to raise the Capitol being raised at these share price'. Ironically we have a banker whom you'd assume would be better at raising money or funding this properly but we funded everything and everything accomplished to date is huge executive paychecks
