My bad then, Scottrade shows a 20-year history at well below $10 and just above 0. It only goes back to 1991. On INTC's own website, they definitely show price under $1. Unless the definition of penny stock back then was .10. Not sure where you are getting your numbers from.
Damondon, you saying that because of the splits and the price showing penny status, you wouldn't be the .40 so cents to buy it? Who would buy a .40 cent stock for say $14?
