I still Predict you'll never see that PR. The CEO will tell you he can't unwind the a/s. He'll need those shares to cover Tecco's restricted/preferred shares. He'll promise only to release what he needs to cover the preferred shares. He'll also make sure to drive home that he's committed to building shareholder value through business operations and not through the iussuance of stock.
