The insider transaction per se was tiny, but you (i.e. anyone) could’ve used the bullish signal to pocket a >=$1.00/sh trading gain in two days, which could have been serious money if you put a lot of shares into the trade.

Agreed. Especially for a Chairman who now owns 10,000 shares.

I repeat: Director ownership is a terrible and they should be ashamed. They have to buy a lot mose just to meet their own rules.

You don't get 133,727 posts -- probably the majority containing some substance -- without people grabbing onto bones of little substance and grawing away until they get into some marrow.
