Thanks for your indepth DD.
The fate of Compass is sealed. There is no upside from here.
Just a few weeks ago, I was under the impression we were moving to the FTE with 30 million outstanding and would get a 1/1 conversion.
They would then raise 10 MIL euro at .75/share.

Now there appears to be 150+ million shares outstanding.
Even if they manage to execute their stratagy, it appears they will have to do a 5 for one rollback or one share for five on the FTE, or something along those lines.

I came across a former post of yours which I found very helpful.
I recommend everyone read it.
