There is no "whatever" to it, that is what the data represents and is used for, tracking settlement aggregate has nothing to do with reporting actual short positions. In fact there are disclaimer at both FINRA and the SEC concerning their settlement data that one cannot conclude anything from the data as far as short, long and even naked short trades.

The only short position tracking report is in fact the Bi Monthly Report I posted links to, so like I said lunch money involved here in short positions.. So what, it has had no impact on this stock and it's trading.

That's 257,898,363 Shares issued in about a 1-1/2 months. That seems pretty significant to me. I tried to tell you guys. That is plenty to keep the share price in the dumpster.
