yes that seems to imply that even the base royalty would get cut in half? say like 4%?

30% profit share plus 4% - 9%? depending on what the royalty ends up being,

If we assume 65% of sales as profit then 30% profit share is the same as 20% royalty on sales, so it wouldn't be whole lot different from high teens royalty unless I am missing something,

I will stick with high teens like your prior post calculating 18% though at 20% its not like we are far apart

Yeah I missed the "slightly more" part on the first go around. We're close enough. ; )

On FoB's 3-6 this is the line (from the 8-k) that makes me think 30%+ (lower) royalties

Nice find. I completely overlooked that even though I bolded it. So, that taken together, would seem to suggest max profit share for MNTA on FoBs 3-6 of about 40% I assume (30% on the profit share plus about 10% if we are to halve my max royalty estimate of 20%). Even better financial terms for them than I originally thought.
